Job Description

As a Lighting Innovator at Ingepsy, you will work with cutting-edge lighting technology, contributing to the success of various events and productions. Your role will involve:

• Supporting the setup and operation of lighting equipment in a 24/7 live studio environment, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
• Managing and maintaining lighting systems, addressing technical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Communicating regularly with the on-site manager regarding equipment functionality, operations, and any challenges encountered.
• Collaborating with other departments to integrate lighting seamlessly with audio, video, and studio systems while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintaining detailed lighting records and staying up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lighting Technician in live studio or production environments, with expertise in lighting equipment and control systems.
• Ability to read and execute light plots as directed by designers or the lighting director, along with comprehensive knowledge of safety practices for live operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently in high-pressure, live settings.
• Team-oriented mindset, capable of clear communication with senior technicians and management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability, including the flexibility to work varying shifts, such as nights and weekends, to support continuous studio operations.
