We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Administrativo de Recursos Humanos to support our Human Resources department at beBee Professionals in Sincelejo.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.
- Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
