The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Specialist to join our team. As a key part of our operations team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain technical solutions that drive success for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate social media advertising campaigns using our native platform tools, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance.
  • Define technical requirements for custom campaign use cases, collaborating with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions when necessary.
  • Understand and manage the integration of campaign automation solutions with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to ensure successful ad promotion.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team by helping define solutions for non-standard use cases, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Analyze and review data points from APIs and internal databases, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns through optimized data usage.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify, report, and troubleshoot platform bugs, and participate in testing and providing feedback on new tools and features.
  • Support the commercial team in client conversations, translating complex technical tasks into simple, easy-to-understand explanations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, able to grasp new processes and technologies rapidly and propose solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • 4-5 years' experience in ad operations or technical operations, ideally within a digital agency or a related field, with familiarity in Ad Serving Platforms (e.g., Social Media Ads Manager).
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot campaign automation tools and understand platform integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach, comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as commercial, product, and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
