The Role

We are seeking a talented Associate Creative Director to join our team. As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual design projects from concept to execution for digital campaigns, social media ads, presentations, video, animation, and more.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage high-quality visual design projects across various formats and mediums.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including writers, animators, account managers, and project managers.
  • Presentation and client relationship building: present your work supported by creative rationale to clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Maintain consistent creative quality while applying client brand guidelines.
  • Balance your workload while managing direct reports and junior team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in art direction or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a creative team.
  • Adept in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Slack, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong English communication skills (advanced) for collaboration with clients and colleagues worldwide.
  • Ability to receive feedback and develop alternate creative solutions collaboratively.
