About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Monks. As a Digital Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and designing social content that sets the tone for our creative team and proposes solutions for different social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with the creative team to develop digital content ideas and strategies
  • Collaborate with the planning area to structure creative proposals and work with the data team to build proposals based on insights and learning
  • Develop and organize content plans, document structuring, and administration of content for customer review
  • Presentation of content calendars with clients
  • Editorial writing for social media posts, digital video scripts, and brand presentations
  • Follow-up of comments and adjustments by the client
  • Understanding social platforms and trends in real-time for correct detonation of new ideas
  • Adapt texts in different lengths depending on project needs while creating tone, voice, and written identity of the brand
  • Daily conversation analysis around the brand to trigger responses and campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Creative/Content Strategist or similar for brands or entertainment accounts
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily)
  • Intermediate English
  • Up-to-date with trends and innovative content formats
  • Highly focused on detail
