Reliability Manager

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure the reliability of equipment and the quality of its output, the successful candidate will coordinate daily objectives, communicate with team members, and maintain safety compliance. Additionally, they will establish and deliver maintenance and reliability objectives to improve safety and operations. Resource management will be essential to meet maintenance and reliability objectives, enabling the plant to meet output and quality commitments.

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, team building, coaching/mentoring, negotiating, and relationship building skills. Experience with computerized maintenance management programs, general computer programs, and industrial equipment is also required. Knowledge of maintenance best practices, predictive maintenance concepts, and planning/scheduling functionality is essential.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline and a minimum of four years of engineering/maintenance management experience in an industrial environment are required. Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical team members to achieve cost-effective goals is also essential.

Knowledge and Interpretation:

The candidate should have knowledge of ISO 14001, environmental goals, and compliance with legal requirements applicable to their area. The ability to communicate in English and Spanish, as well as experience with Plant Optimization, is a plus.
