Brand Assistant

Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to support the execution of campaigns and monitoring of processes associated with our business unit brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update critical metrics for brand performance and provide reliable records for analysis by managers.
• Track and analyze key information regarding clients and external partners, such as Nielsen and Kantar.
• Follow up on internal processes for end-to-end product development.
• Control budget expenses and develop processes for purchase orders, approvals, and closing.
• Support influencer setup and PR agencies.
• Lead internal marketing or brand projects to develop future management skills.
• Participate in Brand Squad sessions.

Requirements:

• Student in Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Economy.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and strategic thinking potential.
• High learning agility and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media.
• English language proficiency: 90%.
