Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, including customers, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate office-related tasks and services.
• Manage correspondence and document flow.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in management, customer service, or administration.
• Fluent English (verbal and written), minimum B2.
• Secondary education (Bachillerato); preferably higher education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
