Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketer to join our remote team based in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based companies, possess C1 level English proficiency, and have a strong background in developing content strategies that resonate with nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Create long-form content such as white papers, eBooks, and case studies that highlight our SaaS solutions and success stories.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to create visually engaging and high-converting marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns, driving engagement and fundraising results for our nonprofit partners.
  • Create email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive donor engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure content supports business growth and objectives.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools to enhance the company's content marketing approach.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably with US-based companies or nonprofit organizations.
  • C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in creating long-form content, case studies, email campaigns, and managing both paid and organic social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of creative design processes and ability to work with designers.
  • Technical background or experience working with SaaS products or technical content.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
