CI Innovation Manager

GEODIS seeks a skilled CI Innovation Manager to partner with operations leadership teams in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Lean principles. This role will educate customers and leadership on Lean development practices and facilitate full ownership of the Lean transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops tactical plans to ensure the deployment of a highly effective and sustainable Lean methodology.
• Plans and manages transformational continuous improvement projects.
• Facilitates full ownership of the Lean transition, including driving Value Stream Mapping projects and Kaizen Burst events.
• Implements Lean practices, including facilitation, workshop facilitation, executive coaching, training, and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Process Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Process Improvement, preferably in industry.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Advanced analytical and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.
