We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer Liaison to join our team at New Frontier Immigration Law in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing law firm that is dedicated to humanitarian-based immigration and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess both legal expertise and previous demonstrated success in sales. They will be client-oriented, approachable, engaging, and have a proactive customer service approach.
As a Lawyer Liaison, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. You will handle high amounts of incoming calls, produce sales leads, identify and evaluate customers' needs, and build sustainable relationships of trust.
Responsibilities- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone
- Generate sales leads and convert them into clients
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions
- Build rapport with clients through open and interactive discussions
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas
- Manage complaints and provide effective resolutions within time limits
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (native level Spanish)
- Four-year bachelor's degree and three-year law degree from an accredited law school
- Proven experience and success in sales
- Customer support experience or background as a client service representative
- Track record of exceeding quota requirements
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
The compensation for this role will depend on experience, but the estimated salary range is $250,000-$350,000 USD per year.
