We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
