Job Summary:

The English School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Primary Tutor to join our team. As a Primary Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching core subjects and ensuring students meet educational standards and learning objectives under the IB Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Education and teaching certification for primary level preferred
  • At least 2 years of related teaching experience (IB PYP)
  • C1 certified English level
  • Successful differentiation strategies to address all learning needs
  • Ability to advance mathematics and reading/writing processes in preparation for the ACER ISA exams
