We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a Lead Developer for high-performance software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software applications that meet the demands of our customers.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions from inception through customer delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Development Managers, Quality Assurance, Experience Design, and other technical staff to refine requirements and designs. Your expertise will be essential in improving processes, standards, and practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage technology to solve complex problems at scale, demonstrating expertise in SDLC, TDD, and CI practices.
- Develop skills using .NET 4.5, C#, and SQL Server 2012, as well as leveraging React.js for client-side development.
- Collaborate with the team to build and deploy high-quality software that satisfies our customers' needs.
- Mentor less experienced members of the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Participate in an active culture of learning, exploring new technologies, attending conferences, and collaborating with local developer bootcamps.
- Implement backend business logic, utilizing your expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, JSON/XML, LINQ, Transact-SQL, ADO.NET, Nunit unit testing framework, Windows Service Development, IIS, and Multithreading experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of successfully working in a team-oriented development organization.
- 2+ years' experience providing technical leadership and hands-on team coaching experience.
- Expertise in the following technologies: SOAP/REST APIs, JSON/XML, LINQ, Transact-SQL, ADO.NET, Nunit unit testing framework, Windows Service Development, IIS, and Multithreading experience.
