About the Job:
This Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer position is responsible for maintaining and managing internal product infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
You will manage servers, databases, and support labs, collaborate with development, services, and support teams, and analyze system performance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains/Manages internal product infrastructure ensuring the adherence to company policy and process
- Will assist in the maintenance of the Software Support server, SQL databases, and Support Labs
- Assist CGM IT, Development, Services, and Support Engineering on various projects, both internal and external, while keeping detailed documentation on work performed and time spent
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Ctree database platforms
- Knowledge of System Virtualization, Networking, and other related System Administration
