**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Safety and Environment Professional to join our Plenitude Technical Services Colombia S.A.S team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our HSE Department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of our activities and promoting sustainable practices that care for the environment.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Ensure that all company activities are carried out safely, and that our practices are sustainable and contribute to environmental care.

  • Establish the conditions and budget necessary to execute the construction and maintenance of plants safely.

  • Evaluate suppliers of goods and services related to personal protection activities and elements.

  • Inform management about current regulations and their updates in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) and the Environment.

  • Update Safety, Health, and Environment procedures.

  • Know and/or establish and/or modify internal Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental standards, and carry out necessary activities to ensure all team members are aware of them.

  • Coordinate training related to Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and the Environment.

  • Establish safety protocols in coordination with the OSH of companies where we install systems, ensuring they are complied with.

  • Fill out necessary documents related to compliance with the law and internal regulations.

  • Support all activities related to ARL, Health, and Compensation, optimizing resources to carry out activities that promote health and a good work environment.

  • Establish, maintain, and disseminate policies for waste management and hazardous substances (such as asbestos), recycling, and good environmental practices.

  • Identify and establish risk mitigation activities at the office, plant locations, and plant transfers.

  • Attend to occupational accidents, complying in a timely manner with all requirements of the law and internal protocols.

  • Ensure that subcontractors have and apply Occupational Health and Safety processes and standards that are aligned with ours and the law.

  • Prepare and present reports requested by the parent company in matters of Safety, Health, and Sustainability and the Environment.



**Requirements:**



* Professional in Industrial Safety or related, with experience in the construction sector.
* Valid Work at Heights certificate.
* Availability to travel at any time, national destinations mainly.
* Good command of MS Office. Fluent English or Italian is desirable.



**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
