Job Description

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Pre-Litigation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic practice that specializes in serving the Hispanic community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize pre-litigation case files, utilizing cutting-edge AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and leverage your bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare comprehensive documentation for legal proceedings and engage in professional interactions with insurance adjusters.
  • Develop and implement best practices for remote work while maintaining the firm's professional standards and security protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple case files efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes, with a willingness to expand knowledge in pre-litigation practices.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaborating in a team environment.
