Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team as a CoE Business Consultant for Manufacturing area. In this role, you will analyze end-to-end processes for our global customers, presenting findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You will have the opportunity to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, driving business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops with internal and external clients
  • Assist in defining project scopes, estimating efforts, and project timelines
  • Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
  • Safeguard and Optimize Production Planning and Quality Management processes, integrating them with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC
  • Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing processes and experience with respective SAP Modules or Solutions supporting processes like Manufacturing Planning and Manufacturing Execution
  • Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Manufacturing innovations, functional integration, and cross-solution issues between ERP modules and cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of SAP IoT Manufacturing solutions, such as SAP MII and SAP MES, and SAP Digital Manufacturing
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and open-minded individual with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and during critical situations

Requirements:

  • Mandatory proficient spoken and written English language skills, with ability to support customers across all Americas region
  • Desirable: ABAP code analysis and debugging skills
