Overview of Responsibilities

We are seeking an Import/Export Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ·       Experience in logistics, preferably in OFR/AFR operations

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Import/Export Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • ·       Managing and monitoring shipments, including tracking and tracing

·       Frequent contact with stakeholders to stay informed about shipment status

·       Providing regular updates to customers through various channels

·       Analyzing situations to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
