Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Institutional Client Onboarding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate client onboarding activities, including system setup and documentation management.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to maintain systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide responsive support to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to bank regulations and policies when processing client requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company standards.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices.
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
