Sun Star Travel and Tourism is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in our emergency department. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ER Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, triage conditions, and prioritize treatment accordingly.
- MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION: Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clinical Decision Making: Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and make informed decisions regarding treatment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- NursING QUALIFICATIONS: Current registered nurse (RN) license with a valid nursing registration.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
- SKILL SET: Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
The ER Nurse will work in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
