As a Data Quality Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of global data operations across various industries, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistency. Your daily impact will be felt across the organization, as you work to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review data for accuracy and consistency with real information.
  • Generate reports based on data from the database.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to streamline data management.
  • Oversee research efforts to extract key information from online resources for CRM updates.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data complies with company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data errors.
  • Cleanse the database by removing outdated or duplicate records.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex data discrepancies and enhance data strategies.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline data entry and quality control processes.
  • Assist in the transition to a new CRM system.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data entry and quality control.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data trends, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Advanced understanding of data integrity and database management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience in process improvement.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity.
