About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide community tours and showcase our amenities to prospective residents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and social media engagement to promote our community.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address sales barriers and customer objections.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as logging packages and maintaining office organization.
