About the Role

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial and operating data to support business planning and operations management. This role requires close interaction with peers within Finance and functional business leaders to provide accurate and timely financial reports and detailed analysis on business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support and review to management to include P&L projections, budgeting, and account analysis.
  • Develop and distribute standard and ad-hoc monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development, preparation, and presentation of short- and long-range financial plans.
  • Respond to written and verbal ad-hoc information requests from internal customers and others as assigned.
  • Perform monthly accounting activities, including month-end close and the preparation of month-end deliverables, calculates month-end and quarter-end accruals, posts journal entries, performs and conducts various account analyses and reconciliations, researches issues and provides ad hoc deliverables for internal and external audit.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with Finance/Business/Economics of study required.
  • Advanced in Excel, preferably BI knowledge or other data analytics tools.
