About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead content development and ensure medical accuracy for promotional and non-promotional materials. As a Medical Content Director, you will be responsible for implementing an omnichannel strategy while ensuring scientific accuracy and legal/regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Act as the medical signatory for various materials, guaranteeing their quality and relevance to our target audience.
  • Scientific Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and GSK products, including clinical studies and product market positioning.
  • Medical Governance: Develop local and regional materials according to regional/local regulations and collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Foster accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the team, leading complex cross-functional projects and interactions with senior stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring communication to diverse audiences and facilitating effective networking and collaboration.
  • Business Skills: Independently handle daily tasks with efficiency and accuracy, handling complex situations and translating them into simple messages.
  • People Management: Train and coach others in the content development process, potentially overseeing direct reports.

  • Possess proficient English skills and sound medical knowledge in basic sciences and expertise in disease areas.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, being highly resilient and adaptable.
