About the Role

As a Chief Transformation Officer, you will lead complex project initiatives for Fortune 100 clients to optimize web application security, manage cloud services, and streamline processes using containerization. You will oversee diverse development teams to ensure efficient delivery and strategic project alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple project timelines and initiatives simultaneously
  • Develop actionable project plans supporting security, cloud, and containerization efforts
  • Supervise and optimize collaboration with nearshore and offshore development teams
  • Identify and address risks and dependencies, fostering greater team efficiency
  • Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management or engineering leadership
  • Proven proficiency in developing project plans and documentation
  • Experience with web application security, cloud services, and containerization is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for engineering teams
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-team relationships
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+)
