**About Us**

Schomp Honda, a leading automotive sales organization, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

**Job Overview**

We offer a comprehensive 4-week sales training program dedicated to the One Price, One Person, One Hour sales methodology. Our guest-service culture emphasizes going the extra mile, positivity, integrity, and honesty in every customer interaction.

**What You'll Do**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referrals.
  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
  • Lead the sales finance process with each customer.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
  • A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

**Salary Range**

$55,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
