As a Senior Account Manager at Genius Sports, you will be responsible for spearheading custom digital advertising campaigns within our rapidly growing Digital Marketing division. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the programmatic marketing industry and have hands-on experience with Demand Side Platforms.

You will work closely with our Trading Teams located in Colombia and Estonia to develop strategies and deliver exceptional results to clients. A first-class communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills, you will thrive in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning Tier 1 accounts and driving client strategy across their range of products and brands.
  • Forecasting spend and revenue for each client account and securing retention and adoption growth.
  • Mapped to middle-tier decision makers and technical buyers at Tier 1 organizations.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Account Management, VP of Client Growth & Head of Media Sales for LATAM to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Accountable for Client Strategy, Strategy Reviews & QBRs, Campaign Activation & QA, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Service Process.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing Tier 2, 3, and 4 accounts, mapped to senior and middle-tier key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for Account Strategy, Strategy Reviews & QBRs, Campaign Activation & QA, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Service Process.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, focusing on programmatic demand side platforms.
  • 2+ years of working in commercial and/or business development capabilities.
  • Proven success in managing customer portfolios and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience with Demand Side Platforms and Ad Serving technologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to clearly prioritize work in a proactive manner and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • A network of local digital media contacts in the region is desirable.
  • A keen interest in digital media and ad tech.
