Job Description

The Senior Back-End Developer will lead the design and development of server-side logic, database schemas, and APIs. This role requires collaboration with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of cloud-based solutions for scalability, security, and high availability.
  2. Collaborate with the team to ensure effective integration of front-end and back-end services.
  3. Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  4. Conduct code reviews and identify performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and security vulnerabilities in back-end systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and a solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies.
  • Deep understanding of database design, management, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
