Lead UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery at Provectus IT, Inc.

About Project

The ideal candidate will shape exceptional user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure design is central to our product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability; Experience in leading design processes, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;
  • Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on interaction design; Align design decisions with product goals, user needs, and business objectives;
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in visual design, interaction design, and product thinking;
  • Strong knowledge of web guidelines and responsive and accessible design;
  • Experience facilitating design workshops and collaborative problem-solving; Proficiency in Figma;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain design decisions clearly; Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning;
  • AI knowledge or experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 per annum
