**Job Title:** Construction Install Coordinator
**Location:** Remote (EST Time Zone)
**Job Type:** Independent Contractor

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Install Coordinator to support the Construction Project Manager. This role ensures the smooth execution of small install and construction jobs, with a focus on scheduling, permit management, and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and communicate all aspects of install and construction projects, including special orders, tools, permits, and deposits.
  • Manage the end-to-end permit process, including timely scheduling of inspections.
  • Assist the Project Manager with job scheduling and time card oversight.
  • Support the creation and tracking of change order requests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to keep project workflows smooth and on track.

**Requirements:** Proficiency in ServiceTitan (preferred). Experience managing permits and coordinating construction documentation. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Background in plumbing or construction administrative work is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
