About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Oracle Security Expert to join our team at Talentus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective security measures to protect against unauthorized access to Oracle systems.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigating controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future risks.
- Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle security management.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE and data manipulation skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk.
- In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems.
