**Job Overview**

We are a remote-friendly company looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Onboarding and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize our products and services effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and addressing concerns.
  • Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Assist clients with issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Product Adoption & Engagement: Monitor client usage, provide best practices, and ensure they are maximizing value from our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Customer Support.
  • Experience in clinical, medical or healthcare clinic is a plus.
