About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Trainee Analytics Customer Success. As a Trainee, you will play a key role in developing deliverables of value based on insights for our clients, understanding their business to analyze and identify strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Build deliverables of value integrating the services contracted by the Client.
  • Build relationships with clients materializing the added value in KPIs related to satisfaction.
  • Prepare presentations of value and present them to key stakeholders of the clients.
  • Participate actively in the company's projects related to digital transformation and support account developers to improve client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on client service requests.
  • Detect commercial opportunities through the analysis of value prepared for your clients, seeking to bring new business to NIQ.
  • Execute activities related to special projects to facilitate the development of new products and processes that meet the needs of the company and clients.
About You

If you are an analytical person, have effective communication skills, enjoy being in contact with clients, detecting their needs, are passionate about information focused on problem-solving, know how to prioritize and dimension problems, this position is for you.

Qualifications
  • Studies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Desirable experience in companies related to market research, Retailers, or Consumer Goods Manufacturers, can be in the form of professional practices or student programs.
  • Required skills: analysis and numerical facility, effective communication, creativity, organization, and prioritization, client relationship.
