Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Crisil. As a key member of our data science group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently understand business questions, context, and project scope to deliver accurate and timely results.
  • Take ownership of outputs and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and keep them informed of progress.
  • Deliver structured and tidy outputs in PowerPoint, Excel, or Tableau formats.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong quantitative academic background in STEM fields.
  • Experience in data science/analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Output-oriented individual comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent English language proficiency; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with big data tools like Databricks or Snowflake is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
