We are seeking a TL DevOps who has in-depth knowledge of general DevOps, including code deployment processes in multi-environment development, and cloud migrations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have experience managing offshore engineers, tracking progress, removing blockers, using Jira as well as runbooks. As a TL DevOps, the main responsibilities will include:
• Integrating observability best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle using AWS, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CircleCI, ArgoCD.
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools for real-time monitoring and proactive system management.
• Utilizing advanced performance monitoring tools to swiftly identify and resolve system issues, maintaining SLAs.
• Bridging gaps between development, operations, and business units, advocating for observability best practices and training team members.
• Continuously innovating and improving observability with new tools and practices within the AWS ecosystem.
• Documenting observability practices thoroughly, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have proficiency with AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana. A track record of proactively identifying and resolving issues using observability data, improving system reliability, is also essential.
To be successful at this role, we expect you to have the following experience and skills:
1. Reside in Latam.
2. Advanced English skills.
3. Jenkins administration and management (server/agent level).
4. CI/CD processes, change and release management, release engineering with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
5. Additional CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
6. Git knowledge (branching, merging, conflict resolution).
7. Server administration (patching, updating, deploying servers and server farms).
8. Deploying .NET Framework and .NET Core applications, IIS administration.
9. ServiceNow workflows and approval processes or other ITSM platforms.
10. Containerization with Docker, container orchestration with EKS.
11. General Kubernetes knowledge, Istio Service Mesh, and Helm charts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
