Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the problem-solving process and develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and algorithms to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate complex data science concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage engagements and client relationships, acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive business impact.
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related data-centric field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong record of extracurricular activity, professional accomplishment, and leadership.
  • Demonstrated deep technical and data science expertise, acute strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Python and English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
  • Experience in finance/banking consulting or a related field a strong asset.
