Backend Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Corporación F&M S.A.C. as a key contributor to our software development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop server-side logic, database integration, and API connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend and other systems.
  • Implement and maintain efficient and scalable backend services to handle large volumes of data and traffic.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in back-end development, system architecture, software design patterns, and database management.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and REST API.
  • English – Native or fully fluent.
  • Spanish – Native or fully fluent.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with relational and nonrelational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge in design and implementation of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Understanding of system architectures and design patterns, including microservices.
  • Familiarity with development and deployment tools such as Docker and GIT.
