We are excited to engage with you As a Game Programmer, you will collaborate within cross-functional teams involved in various phases of developing AAA quality games. What You Can Expect: Profile Preselection: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate your profile to ensure alignment with our requirements and values. Talent Acquisition Interview: Selected candidates will participate in an initial interview to discuss their experience, skills, and suitability for the role. Online Assessment: Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online evaluation to showcase their abilities. Technical Interview: Finalists will engage in a technical interview to assess their expertise and compatibility with our team when project staffing is determined. The Quest: Identify optimal technical solutions for game development challenges. Produce code that is clear, easy to debug, and maintain. Proactively assist your teammates. Actively participate in planning sessions. Ensure alignment among all relevant parties regarding task specifications. Contribute to enhancing the quality of work by minimizing waste in the development process. Continuously seek to improve your methodologies. Maintain open communication with teammates to identify and mitigate risks. Conduct code reviews. Create technical design documentation. The Skills: Proficient in Unreal Engine or Custom C++ engines. Familiarity with individual game engine components (Rendering, AI, Networking, Navigation, Physics, UI). Experience optimizing for FPS and memory usage. Strong understanding of design patterns and coding architectural principles. Experience debugging and profiling extensive codebases. Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development. Nice to Have: Experience shipping at least one PC/Console title. Solid understanding of cross-platform game development. Experience in 3D rendering programming (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, Gnmx). Good grasp of client-server communication and socket-based network protocols. Familiarity with Unit Test frameworks and Integration Test frameworks.
