Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team at Virtual Assist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and appointment opportunities through cold calling and utilizing automation tools for efficient lead management.

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and appointment opportunities.
• Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.
• Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
• Experience with GHL methodologies.
• Background in a call center or in real estate calling.
• Experience using Google Maps.
