This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Ontario Canada Time or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time with 1 hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system.
- Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria.
- Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
- Capable of dialing 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Book at least 1 sales meeting per day.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in telesales/appointment setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Experience with call scripts and hitting call targets.
- Proficient in English communication skills.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections.
- Background or interest in A.I. technologies is a plus.
