Job Summary

This role involves working with global teams to provide direct support for multiple applications and systems across various functional business areas. The ideal candidate will have strong business process enablement skills, as well as experience with Manufacturing Information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support global teams in their use of Manufacturing Information systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Design and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical compatibility
  • Mentor and guide team members on system usage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT or relevant business experience
  • Minimum 2 years directly supporting Manufacturing Systems
  • Effective communication skills in English
