About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our PD&S team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading various projects across business lines and technologies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support management on scheduling, planning, invoicing, and forecasting financials for assigned projects.
  • Manage and review accruals and actuals, ensuring timely entry in relevant tools prior to monthly cycles.
  • Support the forecast process within Bank targets and drive to meet KPIs.
  • Create and manage project delivery artifacts for management reviews and meetings.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to project managers and leadership teams as applicable.
  • Drive best practices to increase efficiencies, innovation, and value creation for the business.
  • Consult on project initiatives, including business case preparation and developing alternative approaches to problem resolution.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Business Sponsors to understand requirements and manage product backlogs and benefits.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure business needs and outcomes are achieved.
  • Participate in establishing project scope to focus on delivery.
  • Support resource requirement identification and expectation management.
  • Create project plans and manage dependencies according to project team needs.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of project coordination/management experience.
  • Strong financial management experience with program/project budgets.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, creating presentations for executive management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline.
  • Nice to have: PMP certification.
