Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team at Kenvue, a leading provider of everyday care products. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for leading the development and qualification of tertiary packaging associated with new product launches and cost improvements.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and qualification of tertiary packaging associated with new product launches and cost improvements
  • Supporting feasibility studies, evaluations, and business justifications related to tertiary packaging
  • Defining and executing tertiary packaging development plans
  • Analyzing and validating technical drawings for tertiary packaging
  • Creating specifications for tertiary packaging components and decorated packages
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, or a related science field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in cosmetic, personal care, OTC, food, or related industries
  • In-depth knowledge of tools and processes used in manufacturing, such as DfM, D-FMEA, MDM, BOM, GCC, Root Cause Analysis, Statistics, Lean Manufacturing
  • Understanding of GMP, hygiene practices, and quality system requirements

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. This estimate may vary based on specific circumstances.
