Role Overview: We seek an experienced Transformational Delivery Excellence Leader to drive talent development and delivery readiness within our Delivery Transformation Service Area.
This middle-level management role will report to the Delivery Transformation Service Area Lead within the Solution Engineering organization and be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, or the United States. The successful candidate will balance internal efforts to operate the practice and external efforts to serve clients within their area of expertise.
Talent Strategy and Delivery Readiness:
- Develop a comprehensive training and development strategy for the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the firm.
- Oversee hiring, promotions, and employee development within the service area.
- Champion and lead the training and development of employees to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Establish a talent readiness plan to ensure the right number of people with the right skills are available to serve clients in the service area.
Capability Management:
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape for emerging capability needs in the Delivery Transformation Service Area.
- Maintain an inventory of capabilities needed to strengthen and sustain the service area and solution-based delivery.
- Identify and enlist experts to fill Capability Lead roles for each capability.
- Oversee Capability Leads in maintaining a skills matrix with specific skills required for each Capability in the service area.
Solution Engineering Leadership:
- Participate as an active member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team.
- Evaluate the strengths and development areas of Capability Leads in the Delivery Transformation Service Area and report findings quarterly.
- Provide comprehensive feedback to Capability Leads and team members to foster a learning culture.
Talent Development:
- Partner with other Practice Leads and Delivery leadership to develop an expectations framework for Delivery talent across the firm.
- Outline talent development plans to address skill needs and strengthen delivery readiness.
- Support Delivery leadership in evaluating service area talent, including strengths and development areas, as part of routine delivery or annual reviews.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
