About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Solventum. As a new company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business clients and lead multidisciplinary projects for strategic legal advice beyond a single business unit or country.
  • Assist on inquiries regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare regulatory, privacy, employment, dispute management, compliance and/or other specialized areas as assigned.
  • Work independently on matters of significant complexity or importance.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional deals and projects of significant impact and/or complexity.
  • Formulate strategies for sophisticated business setups and dispute resolution.
  • Identify and quantify legal risks, including exploring options and alternatives that provide a balance between risks and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
  • Good understanding of general commercial law, Competition Law, Health Care Law, Privacy and related areas of practice.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced dealing with assignments in Colombia and Chile.
  • Fluent in English.
