Key Responsibilities

• Process and dispute credit card chargebacks and inquiries to recover funds
• Analyze information, think critically, and make decisions based on limited data
• Track and provide statistics on chargebacks for the Finance Management Team
• Communicate with external partners and internal teams to resolve disputes
• Ensure all chargeback activities are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related fields
• Experience in chargebacks or fraud prevention
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large databases
• Fluent in written and spoken English
