We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to oversee our cloud development squad. With 4+ years of backend experience in Node.js and TypeScript, and 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our team.

About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you will develop strategies and initiatives focused on quality growth for the team, both in product and technical aspects. This includes leading regular ceremonies like daily stand-ups, pre-planning, and planning sessions. You will also develop, measure, and manage team performance metrics, providing visibility into the team's status, progress, risks, and needs.

Your expertise will ensure alignment between business needs and scalable technical solutions. You will be the source of problem-solving among team members and act as a communication bridge between the team and others. A collaborative work environment based on honesty and good communication is crucial, and you will foster this culture by influencing team members positively and empowering them to take ownership of their product, processes, and outcomes.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript (Must)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+
  • AWS experience with Configurations, CloudWatch (must), and strong management from the services side
  • Understanding of advanced concepts in software design, clean code, microservices design, design patterns, unit testing, and SOLID principles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects under various constraints
  • Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting
  • Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation
