Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals by designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Configuration and Automation: Configure and automate business processes using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Platform Development and Deployment: Develop and deploy custom Salesforce applications, leveraging the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Coding and Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to current industry standards and best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Product Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to grow and expand Salesforce-based products, both in-house and off-site.
- Custom Solution Management: Develop and manage custom solutions for internal use and client projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Functional Improvement: Continuously improve existing functionalities to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve potential bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Client Community Management: Design, develop, and manage client community pages, providing a seamless and engaging experience.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of project work, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work with APEX, LWC, and LWR.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Web design would be an asset.
- Previous experience with Aura Components would be beneficial.
