**Role Summary**

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team in Bogota. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing effective interview processes, structuring panel interviews, and building out exercise briefs that assess candidate competencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS. They will also have expertise in utilizing our tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics.

As a master of scale, the successful candidate will search for faster, smarter, and better ways to grow our teams in a cost-efficient manner. They will contribute to key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice across the region, own hiring manager relationships, and end-to-end recruit junior to senior roles.

**Requirements**
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective interview processes.
  • Ability to structure panel interviews and build out exercise briefs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
